Job description:Pointing on Edwardian mid terrace property plus some associated work on a gutter. There is a hole to fill on the adjoinment between my property and next door. This is at roof level and beside the end of a roof beam. The areas in need of attention are generally on the upper storey of the property. Lead flashing to be checked where present and any required repairs undertaken. Guttering and area to which it is attached (currently timber embedded in wall) on rear portion of house to be repaired/replaced. Cosmetic replacement of half brick on front of house (if possible).
