Perimeter wall (3 sides) in East Hunsbury

Job description:Guessing the wall would be 35ft on 2 sides n about 25ft on the 3rd side. I don't want to go through the planning permission rubbish so not sure how high it can be to avoid that..? Several neighbours have walls that are against roads/drives but this would be between backgardens. Would like it to look similar to the other existing walls - Red house brick.
