Job description:Front of house (ground and first floor - roughly 5mx5m) and chimney require full repointing. Side and back of house require patching up and some bricks replacing, but not full repointing. Also old arial and satalite dish need removing and replacing with a new roof arial. House is a traditional 3 bed semi-detatched 1950's ex-council house
