Rear of two story victorian house in need of re-pointing - letting in water, plus chimney in Dales

Job description:It is the rear of the property that requires re-pointing, there is a brick partially missing and a plant growing out of part of the wall which I presume is where the water is getting in; the water is coming in above the back bedroom window and the meeting corner belongs to the bathroom which also has damp problems. The chimney also requires re-pointing by the looks of it. Ladders will obviously be required but I am unsure if scaffolding will be needed.
