Job description:To remove chimney breast in dining room and upstairs (between bathroom and cupboard in the landing), plaster and make good adding skirting boards where required. Support remaining stack in roof or if not possible remove stack completely. Take away all rubble and leave site in a state to be decorated. Sort out all the necessary building regs. This work must be finished to a high standard.
