Job description:The flashing that runs across the front of my house at above garage level but below the upstairs window level has started to come away from the house and is hanging off in parts. It would seem that the flashing was not originally fitted correctly or the consistency of the mortar was not correct and has crumbled away. Looking to get this flashing repaired, without having to replace the actual flashing if poss. and re-seated back into brickwork. Looking for honest, reliable and competitively priced tradesman to get this resolved. N.B. Approximate budget set but willing to listen to quotes in general.
