Job description:Build new front of premises access step to replace existing, including new stepped wall with iron railing, install 2No. iron 1.5m high new single gates, 1No. iron 2.1m high new single gate & possibly a 2.1m high x 3m wide new double gate. Remove, replace and realign an existing concrete post & timber panelled fence. Build a new short – railed - brick wall to include the 2.1m single access gate describer earlier. There are other remedial works required around the property, which could be discussed.

Budget:£2,000 - £4,000
