Job description:Build new front of premises access step to replace existing, including new stepped wall with iron railing, install 2No. iron 1.5m high new single gates. Possibly a 1.8m high x 3.2m wide new double driveway gate . At rear of prperty: Remove, replace and realign an existing concrete post & timber panelled fence, approx. 8m long. Build a new short – railed - brick wall, - railed wall to be approx. 1.5m long x 900 high - to include a 1.8m single access gate. GA drawings available to assist in pricing the work. There are other remedial works required around the property, which could be discussed.

Budget:£4,000 - £8,000
