Repointing area above downstairs window. in Scouthead

Job description:We recently had some pointing work done - builder raked out old pointing above window and silicon sealant and badly repointed it. Since then rain is coming into living room through this pointing layer. We have had to gunk it up with 'leak stop'. Needs this getting off and re-raking out, fully sealing and repointing. Some odd other bits need repointing too. Thank you!
