Garden work required in St James'

Job description:My front garden wall has begun to lean towards the pavement which I believe is due to underlying tree roots from a council owned tree on the pavement. I need to prove to the council that it is their tree causing the damage. This I can do with photographs. The council have also asked that I submit a couple of quotes to take down the wall and rebuild it. We have already removed one of the gate posts and part of the wall. We would like to reuse the bricks if possible as they match the other side of the front garden. The wall is about 8 ft long and about 2-3 ft high (although when it's rebuilt it will require a gate post which stands about 5ft high.
