(Ground Floor) The property. 2 storey Victorian house The Rear of the house extends 5m with a side door (Left) The opening will support upstair floor and give access through. Install a RSJ and build 2x pilar on each side. RSJ supplied Engineering blocks supplied Material Supplied Props/Hire supplied Labour Cost only Inc VAT (CIS)
