Resolve damp/water pen to 28' flank wall in Nelson

Job description:Water pen/damp to ground floor level of 28' long flank wall. No hidden pipes or leaky gutters. 100 year old house, builder modernised 11 years ago. Wall has been rendered to ground floor level (11' high) but prob not cured. Possible blockage of cavity wall causing bridgeing??? 1st floor level is OK. Only ground floor affected. Not rising damp.
