Job description:In need of 3 sides of a semi-detached two-storey property in Lostock Hall, Preston, Lancashire to be repointed. It is a 1970's property and never been repointed to date. State is not too horrific but there is a need to have this area addressed, ideally prior to winter. Need confirmation that work undertaken includes the exterior re-sealing / silicon of window dble glaze windows. There are 3x windows approx. 5 x 2.5 ft windows, 2x windows approx. 3.5 x 2.5 ft, 1x window approx. 2.5 x 2.5 ft and 1x window approx. 8 x 4.5 ft plus 1x front and 1x side dble glaze door.
