Bulge in brickwork/rendering on side of house where chimney is situated in University

Job description:There is a bulge (less than a metre squared) on the lower side of my house approximately where the chimney is. I am not sure if the bulge is in the brickwork or render but have only recently noticed it. The render has a crack in over the bulge.
