Job description:Property is typical victorian semi, with rear addition, 2 floors. Front of house needs repointing. Rear part of house needs some bricks repaired and then rendering on the groundfloor. Repointing on the 1st floor. Side to house - upper part repointing, lower part is a garage which needs some repointing and some rendering - part of job as limited access due to neighbouring garage.
