Job description:My guttering has fallen down and needs replacing. Also the rainfall splash back from the pavement has broken down the mortar in the brick layers below the ground floor window which now need repointing. Some rainwater has penetrated the brickwork so I would also welcome advice on whether this needs to be drained prior to the repointing or will evaporate or can be removed using a dehumidifier inside the house. The house is a mid terrace.
