Job description:I am looking for tradesman team who can carry out the following tasks within my property in the coming week or next: I would like the following jobs to be done: 1) Remove Chimneys 3 in Total â?? Support with Brackets and Plaster 2) Kitchen Installation with connection on appliances â?? There is also a wall which needs to be removed to allow more extension for the kitchen. There is also a small window which will require to be replaced with brick work and plaster throughout. This room will become a kitchen/Dinner room. The size of the room is â??10â??3 x 9â??6 (3.12m x 2.89m) Single drainer sink unit, gas and electric points, under stairs cupboard, original sash window to side elevation.â?? 3) Central Heating System needs to be installed in the property. Plumber also needed. Need to also put in radiators a total of 5/6. 4) Full Electric/Lighting wiring within the house plus movement of the electric meter board to be placed under the staircase, and fuse box. No further than 1.5 meters in distance of new location. 5) Removing the old wall paper and revamp with internal and external painting of the property. This will be for: RECEPTION 1: 12â??9 x 11â??8 (3.88m x 3.55m) RECEPTION 2: 10â??6 x 10â?? (3.18m x 3.04m) BEDROOM 1: 16â??2 x 10â??4 (4.92m x 3.15m) BEDROOM 2: 10â??5 x 9â??6 (3.17m x 2.89m) 6) Dispose of rear extension which is very small. I will also need to get rid of the rear garden. 7) Bathroom needs attention and will require a new unit to be fitted and also bring up to date with paint and plastering. This will be one room where the chimney will need to be removed. The size of this room is 10â??3 x 9â??6 (3.12m x 2.89m) I do not mind supplying the material however I will appreciate your experience on where to get the best deals for materials. I have trade account with Selco. The time frame will be for a 4 weeks project and viewing the job in hand will be advised. I will be getting the keys to the property in this coming week or next week. Tradesmen will need to be insured.
