Job description:A semi-detached terrace house with areas of brickwork requiring repointing on ground level and gable elevation. There is vegetation in the chimey that needs removing and we require new flashings and cowls. The ironwork drain pipes (1st storey) at the rear of the house needs to be replaced. Existing garden fence removed and replaced by a wall of similar height and brick beds removed. Back drain needs to be exposed and checked. Window sills stripped and repainted.
