Build a reinforced Hollow block retaining wall in Darnall

Job description:I need a builder to build a wall made of hollow dense blocks (re-bar and concrete reinforced) to retain a collapsing excavation I have in my garden. I excavated a foundation of approx 6mL x6mW x1mD for an out building, which I have yet to arrange sufficient finance to finish the project. However the walls of the hole are beginning to collapse. So I need a retaining wall building around the edge, to hold back the soil and clay. The prices I'm looking to pay are for labour only as I will provide all materials, Blocks, re-bars, concrete, etc. The pics are of the hole when it was first dug. It has since started to collapse. So the soil that's fallen in needs removing before work can begin.
