Job description:The house is a typical 1930s semi and has a hip roof so the end wall is about 6m high by 9m wide - ~50m2 The rear wall of the house has a relatively modern ground floor flat roof extension - so only the upper floor needs repointing ~ 10m2 There is also some guttering that needs sorting out and repainting of the fascia boards on the roof if this is also of interest
