Job description:Repointing brickwork of a 3-bedroom ex-council terrace. Property is flat roofed and single storey for half the property width, two storey the other half. Repointing needed across the front of the property and on the side of the upper storey where it rises above the single storey kitchen/dining area roof. Kitchen roof is flat asphalt with weatherproof membrane cover, dining area roof is sloping polycarbonate panel (approx 3m width).
