100 year old wall need taking down and rebuilding in Milton

Job description:40 ft long and just under 4.5ft high 100 year old wall needs supporting or taking down and rebuilding. A survey I had done said it was a safety hazard, as it's wobbly and leaning towards my neighbours house.
