Job description:Break up concrete yard , remove all debris from site, replace ground and lay dolomite, supply and fix new concrete yard (approx 30' x 11' ). DEMOLISH THE EXISTING REAR BOUNDARY WALL REMOVING ALL DEBRIS FROM SITE, re-build the rear wall using double leaf solid wall ( approx 30' x 6' height). Hack off rear house render removing all debris from site, Apply 2 No. coats render to the rear main house. Grind out all offshoot brickwork joists to approx depth of 12mm. Re-point the offshoot brickwork joists using sand and cement mortar. Builder to supply all materials.
