Re-pointing needed on 1930’s semi – on the rear house wall, above ground floor extension. in St Chad's

Needed: Bricklayer in St Chad's, SR3

Job submitted:Sep 5, 2010

Job description:Water is damaging the upstairs plaster and leaking into the downstairs extension, coming through the light fittings. Above the extension is a new (2yrs ago) pitched roof built above an older felted flat roof - which the roofer can find no fault with. However, there are visible gaps in the pointing around the upstairs window and behind the adjacent satellite dish; the rest appears sound. It’s only a small job, hopefully just a small touch up, but the maximum if the whole wall needs to be done, is approx 5’ x 15’ excluding the window (circa 18 bricks deep by 21 bricks wide)

Budget:£100 - £250
