Job description: putting a two block high 18'' x about 38' long, I have a metal shed 13'x10' that needs to go on blocks, I have everything (sand cement the blocks plasticizer even a cement mixer) for the job, I don’t have someone to cement all the blocks together, what I want is someone to let me know what they will charge for laying blocks 2x high. I have just finished putting all the blocks around the shed in place so all you have to do is cement them in together making sure they are all the right high. I can mix the cement to your requirements and wheel it to you,
