Water leak in retaining outside wall in Morriston

Job description:hello I have a small waterleak at the bottom of an outside retaining wall, the water is coming through a small hole at the bottom which is concrete its been leaking a while but its getting worse. There is a drain very close by so the water does run into it but the concrete is constantly wet aroud the area. I am looking for someone to solve the leak or make a pathway to the drain so the water will just run in. thanks
