Job description:End of terrace, chimney falling apart. Damp is getting in to the chimney breast in a 1st floow bedroom. We have been advised surest way to slove damp problem is to demolish chimney and slate over. SCAFFOLDING. I have been quoted £290 + VAT for the scaffolding.
