Build retaining wall in New Brighton

Job description:Inspect and make good/rebuild as necessary a retaining wall to the side of the property. The wall is aprox 3ft high, the length of the property but only half would need repair. At the moment the wall is leaning and the cause of the lean may need to be established one possible cause could be due to very gradual seepage from a drain.
