Job description:Quote needed to repair: - Cracks under and around window openings. -Shrinkage to tiles at tops and edges of roof slopes. -Cement fillet where roof abuts main property needs to be replaced with lead. -Both chimney stacks need repointing and removal / replacement of eroded bricks. -Possibly fit vents over chimney flues? -Other spot repointing. This is a house that we are in the process of puchasing. Our surveyor has suggested the above work needs doing / quoting on before we sign the contract. We would want this work done before we move in.
