Brickwork above back window in Winnersh

Job description:Cracks in brickwork above a large replacment window fitted a cple of yrs ago. Not sure if it is just repointing, need taking out and 'relaying' or lintel putting in. Possibly a bit of plastering/artexing in a another room less then 2 sq m as well if possible

Budget:£500 - £1,000
