Job description:Flat roof areas have EPDM covering which must be protected from solvents and sharp objects. Chimney mortar has deteriorated rapidly in last two winters which have been quite severe. Access is reasonable via a second, lower flat roof area using ladders (best route may require the use of a roof ladder). Because of the flat roof areas, the task is best undertaken by persons who are not adversely affected by heights and who do not weigh more than 12 stone.
