Job description:Converting a mezanine floor room in an old Victorian house to a Bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Fittin velux windows and aprtitioning the room. Also fit out the ensuite. Additonally re flooring the room to LLOW GTHE RMOVAL OF A SUPPOTING BEAM IN THE kitchen below. All plans are prepared and passed by Aberdeen council ready to start.
