Crumbling alcove/damaged internal wall, through water damage - possible pointing of outside wall in Woodside

Job description:Water damage from outside has damaged an internal wall/alcove around chimney breast in sitting room. Rain is still leaking in somehow. Think external wall requires to be pointed as well as area of damaged wall internally needs replaced. Already had new roof, skews replaced, cement work done and chimney repointed and this has not fixed water leaking in - only thing left is pointing the side of the building (I would only want top half of building re-pointed - bottom is not my responsiblity). Already received quotes from roofers to re-point side of building but thought could get better price if combined the external and internal problem together.
