Job description:The porch in the front of the house is sinking badly. The problem accentuates with dry weather, as the soil is rich in clay. There is a high risk add-on as the porch contains the gas box and at times there's a slight smell of gas. The porch is an independent structure from the house of aproximate measures 2m square x 3m hight, made of bricks.
