Job description:We have a semi detached house. It is about 5m wide. We want to build a single storey extension on the back, about 2.3m out from the house with a pitched roof. The rear rooms of the house are a kitchen and dining room. These will need to be "knocked through" into one room. A new kitchen will need to be fitted and then a small utility room with toilet built in the new space.
