Job description:Would like to convert 'dead space' in external side return to an additional room which could house a new kitchen. Space is about 10ft x 12 ft max. We would need an opening from this area into the main house made through the exernal wall. Currently the area has three stone walls already but need foundations, frontage with window and a roof lantern installed to supply a good source of light to the finished room. As three walls are currently in situ, we anticipate this to be quite a simple or relatively fast job. We also have a supply of stone in the garage to face the front wall to be built. installation of kitchen, electrics, plumbing and internal boarding can also be discussed. Also scope to convert existing kitchen into separate utility room and cloakroom + study. Easy partition wall job. Plumbing in correct areas already in place.
