Job description:Rain water entering around north facing chimney breast and west wall of 1860s cottage. Walls are single thickness (ie no cavity), rendered brick. Chimney repairer has done all he can find to do (repaired flashing, repointing etc), roof tiles apparently ok, but problem persists. Attic and room below very wet.
