Job description:mid terrace property, single storey extension proposed to the rear coming off the kitchen. bathroom and utility would be in the extension with the current bathroom upstairs being divided in to a small wc and a 3rd bedroom. the extension woul drequire the moving of the oil tank and garden shed further down the garden. the works do not need planning permission (extension approx 5m x 3m - plan available) but will need building regulations. the extension would have a flat roof although this is not needed within the quote as it would be done by another contractor. the walls would be painted render. there would be a new kitchn fitted and blocking up of the exitsing back door with a new one in the utility room part of the extension.
