Job description:Buildings insurance will cover repair work. new waterproof chip floor boards to be replaced. Two plasterboard walls to be replaced. Tiles to be taken off the wall and replaced. Shower to be refitted and cosmetic work needed to replace shower enclosure, skirting boards and likely part of door frame too.
