Job description:Windows Insert lintel into brickwork over patio doors. Replace wooden support to centre of front window. Replace roof to front window, ideally with insulation in space between ceiling and roof. Repair or replace ceiling to front window, replicating swirled patterning to plaster. Wiring Remove pendant ceiling lights and redundant wiring. Replace all wall lights with new (to be customer supplied) at existing locations. Change lighting wiring to be switchable and dimmable from switches alongside either door (e.g. Lutron universal electronic dimmer.) All wall lights to be controlled from both switches (i.e. no separate switching as current installation) and remote control to be provided. Replace all three existing sockets with flush mounted and switched double sockets. Sockets to right of fireplace to be screened and remotely switchable. Provide additional single socket close to telephone socket. Replace telephone socket. Provide additional eight sockets at centre of front wall, to be screened and remotely switchable (as a block acceptable.) Provide one additional single socket in ceiling, centrally located and close to front wall. Depending on screen requirements, this may be replaced by direct installation of screen. Provide one additional single socket in ceiling, centrally located and close to existing pendant light fitting near patio doors. Provide QED Qunex HDMI-P cable (to be customer supplied to agreed length) from centre of front wall to location on ceiling alongside socket near patio doors. Cable to be terminated in gold plated HDMI sockets at both ends. Provide four Chord Co. Carnival Silver Screen loudspeaker cables (to be customer supplied to agreed length) from centre of front wall to speaker locations approx. 6ft and 18ft from front wall and symmetrical across room. Cables to be terminated in surround sound speaker wall plate at front wall and compact single speaker wall plates at speaker ends. Wall terminals to be located approx. 5ft from floor. All terminals to be gold plated post terminals for banana plugs. Provide one 12V trigger cable between sockets located on ceiling, these may be terminated in 3.5mm flush mounted phono jack socket at each end or flying wires, depending on requirements of screen. Mount Optoma Panoview DE-9092EGA (to be customer supplied) electric projector screen to ceiling, centrally located and close to front wall. Television aerial socket to be replaced. All cables to be concealed behind plaster/ceiling. Plastering Repair or replace ceiling to remove sag, visible plaster board joints and evidence of pendant light fittings. Swirled patterning to plaster to be replicated. Mount projector mount (to be customer supplied) to ceiling (projector weight 7.5kg.) Wall plaster to be repaired following installation of wiring. Plaster coving to be repaired or replaced following installation of wiring and other plaster works. Joinery Both internal lounge doors to be replaced with Wickes Oxford Glazed 1 light doors (customer supplied.) Kitchen door to be replaced with Wickes Oxford Glazed 1 light door (customer supplied.)
