Job description:We have an integrated garage which we are looking to convert into a dining/playroom, approximate measurements 18 feet x 8 feet. It requires skirting, a window at the front width end with a radiator underneath, some plastering, the boiler being 'boxed in' and a step by the fire door into the house being cut out ( a bit vague, I know and would appreciate you checking it out to see what you think ).
