Job description:Planning approval obtained - can be viewed on Aberdeenshire council website. Want to know if you are interested in quoting - a bill of quantities has been drawn up and tender packages will be sent out to allow preparation of quote. Existing porch and conservatory to be taken down. Existing foundations of each extended, new timber clad and sto render clad structures to be erected, will require breaking through existing external walls and use of steel beams. Existing roof covering to be replaced. Existing render to be replaced with sto render. New central heating system. All windows to be replaced. Internal walls to come down, some new to group. Extra insulation to loft, under floor and walls. New shower room to be installed, existing bathroom to be altered. Kitchen will be fitted by kitchen company. Internal decoration.
