Job description:the kichen is a secondary kicthen and is 4ftx11ft long. It is used only for frying food.the job will entail removing existing tiles and plasterboard and then reboard 1 wall and then plaster whole area.also a sevice hatch needs to be built in the ceiling for access to the shower basin directly above.Also to remove 2 existing door frames and refit new door frames and doors which I will supply. there are units inside that will need to be removed before the work can start. fitting of new units will be a seperate quote.I have had a qoute do this work for a £1000 but the builder is busy for the next 4 months, but I need the work to be carried out starting on the 17th February as my wife is away for 2 weeks and I need to complete the work before she gets back. I am prepared to consider qoutes around or slighly higher than previously mentioned mentioned. I still have the qoute mentioned above for a detailed description of the work and how much it will cost.
