Insertion of mortar bed steel tie rods in Poplar

Job description:Work is required as part of a mortgage condition on a mid terraced house c.1905. There is a crack on the rear gable wall at the mid point between number 7 & number 9, the wall is rendered. The structural survey report says "In order to ensure against weather, the extension cracking should be repaired with the insersion of mortar bed steel tie rods." I would estimate the crack as being 1-2 meters long traveling diagonally towards number 9.
