Job description:Two storey rear extension to semi-detached. Exterior dimensions 3.22m x 2.94m. To be made weathertight, i.e. foundations, walls (for pebbledashing), roof, windows, structural timbers, fascias/soffits, guttering and drains. To create one room on each level, lower level room to have 1500mm french windows, upper level to have 1200mm window. Only builder/roofer/window provider required. Additional work to change existing window into new back door, move bathroom window, replace small landing window and insert additional 1400mm kitchen window. The extension to be built over small (100mm/150mm) shared sewer and to provide new SVP running to new inspection chamber on this sewer (i.e. to install SVP and inspection chamber). Possible work to cut one new internal doorway in masonry wall and insert lintel, and to remove one two storey, 2.9m internal wall (not load-bearing) - separate quotes for these two pieces of work please.
