Outside toilet to be brought into the house in Acocks Green

Job description:I have brought an old house. The bathroom is down stairs by the kitchen. The toilet needs to be internalised as it is attached to the house but located outside. I need advice on where best to put the toilet. Not sure if it should go upstairs or down stairs (with the bath and sink). Ideally I would like someone who can knock a wall down as well to extend my kitchen. The electrics also need doing but is not top of the list at the moment. Looking for tradesmen to come round and give me a quote this Saturday.
