Knocking through internal wall and reconfiguring kitchen in Acocks Green

Job description:Edwardian terrace with small galley kitchen. Outside toilet and shed within the footprint of the rear of the house. I want to knock through into these, putting double door on the back. Work will include fitting RSJs, capping off the waste pipe, moving the boiler (currently in the shed), levelling the floor, fitting the door, double glazing the windows, sorting the gas/water/electrics etc. Possibly also fitting the kitchen. I don't have plans. Need quotes to see if what I want is affordable then will proceed from there (so approximate budget on next page is a complete guess). Aiming to have the work done this summer.
