Job description:This is currently a 2 bedroomed house. Planning has been passed and we are now just waiting for building regs approval plus details of the structural engineers report. This all in progress. This is a tender to build on a side extension using the garage space to allow for this. This allows to build out on top of a flat roof of a rear kitchen to make a third bedroom. Reason for the side extension to to allow for a small hallway leading to that third bedroom and access to the original bathroom. Also included will be a small w/c on ground floor adjacent to kitchen. And conservatory with access from the kithen and lounge.
