Job description:- Convert existing double garage, 17" x 16'7", attached to main house into one study/guest bedroom with en-suite with new entrance from the main house. - Raise the exisiting single storey garage to provide one large and one small bedrooms with en-suite to large room. The upper floor to be extended by cantilever to provide for part of the small room. Entrance to be provided from main house house upstairs. Wall cupboards fro the two new rooms to be built in. Please note that the property is in the process of purchase expected to be completed within 6 weeks. I would like to start the process of planning and selecting builder so that an application for any necessary planning permission can be submitted as soon as the purchase is completed.
