Job description:Leak in downstairs bathroom. Bathroom has been totally stripped out, and found leaking water feed pipe under the concrete. Floor needs to be pumped out, then new concrete floor installed with new piping and then existing bathroom suite refitted and decor/tiling made good. Work needs to start as soon as possible and needs to completed by 1st September 2008 latest. More work will also be offered if I am pleased with this job.
